This month in our craft corner, we are highlighting a beautiful pink, gin cocktail – perfect for a Valentine’s brunch, lunch or dinner!  Inspired by one of our past clients, and originally named the “Okoboji Booze Cruise”, this cocktail will have you falling in love all over again!

Crazy in Love Cocktail

• 1.5 oz Gin – try Gale Force Gin from Triple Eight Distillers on Nantucket
• 0.5 oz Lime
• 1.5 ox Grapefruit
• Splash of St. Germain
• Prosecco float

Shake the first 4 ingredients over ice and strain into a low ball glass rimmed with lime zest and filled with ice (bonus points for one large cube!).  Top with a prosecco float, slice of grapefruit and mint.
